Grab gold from mine

There are three people who discover a gold mine full of gold; but it also has some fluids which can be harmful to human body if it comes in direct contact. To take out the gold you need to put in a special fluid on your hand and then wear a glove and then you can put your hand inside the mine and take out the gold. Now the problem is that they have only two gloves with them; but all three want gold but if they cannot mix their fluid's either and don't want to be in direct contact with the gold mine's fluid also. Now what stategry can they come up with so that all three get the gold without being harmed(i.e. no direct contact with the Mine's fluid and no mixing of fluid's of each other)
